We understand applying for a new role can often be a life changing decision and with this in mind our Recruitment and Selection Process has been designed to ensure a positive experience for our applicants and to determine whether or not we are a right fit for each other.

 

Step 1 - Complete and submit an online application form

 

Once you have decided which position you would like to apply for with us simply complete the online application form or email our People Services Team at career@superretailgroup.com

 

Step 2 - Application reviewed by the People Services Team

 

Our team of People Services Officers, in conjunction with the hiring Manager, review your application, create a short list of applicants and notify you with its status generally within 7 days.

 

Step 3 - Attend interviews

 

Shortlisted applicants are invited to attend an interview/s with the hiring Manager. Usually two interviews complete the interview stage however this can vary depending upon the role. Applicants are then shortlisted based on the outcome of the interview/s.

 

Step 4 - Reference checks and assessments

 

Reference checks and on-line assessments are conducted on shortlisted applicants to ensure compatibility.

 

Step 5 - Final selection

 

Once all the information has been gathered from the previous steps the successful candidate is selected based on job and cultural fit including experience, skill and knowledge.

 

Step 6 - Receive an offer

 

The successful applicant will be provided with a verbal offer; upon acceptance, a written employment contract is forwarded within 3 working days.

 

Step 7 - On Boarding

 

To ensure our new Team Member feels welcomed, supported and prepared for their new role, they participate in a comprehensive on-boarding process.
