Our Team Performance Management framework is focused on developing Team Member capability and building organisational success.  Individual Performance Plans are developed in consultation with Team Members and contain Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) linked to organisational strategy.  Personal Development Plans are also designed between Team Members and line Managers to support individual career aspirations and the achievement of KPI’s.

Regular feedback combined with a continuous cycle of Interim Reviews and Annual Appraisals complete the Team Performance Management framework.
