…I would have to say the people and the passion in the business. It’s a lot of fun to come to work every day and it makes getting out of bed a lot easier in the morning.

…Firstly the people, and the second thing is the products; it’s definitely great to involve things you do on the weekend with things you do every day of the week.

..I would definitely say the team within my area, the other thing too is probably the relationships with other areas of the business and the internal clients that we have I also think the other great thing is being able to work with our senior managers so closely

…I would describe it as fast paced, things move very quickly, decisions change quickly so being able to keep up with those but certainly very passionate really open team and being able to make things happen quickly and
communication to be able to talk to those other areas of the business quickly.

…I would say the two key ones that stand out for me being integrity and care. I think integrity really stands out because of the accountability with the roles that are here at Super Retail Group and being able to deliver on those. I think the other thing also is care and that’s the care that we take when other team members are going through a difficult time and that might be someone’s been through a devastating situation where something personal has happened to them and the team will pull together, and that’s just not in Support Office, that’s across the wider business across stores and the DCs.

…(Peggy)what I like most about working here is the team-manship, I really like it because we are team working together and secondly I think equal opportunity, me being at the end of my working career I have the same opportunity as people who are beginning their working career and I think that’s fantastic.
